Looking at homes has always been a fun hobby of mine and now doing it professionally, I still consider it fun. Matter of fact, I absolutely love what I do! Although being a REALTOR© in Knoxville is way more than looking at homes, I greatly enjoy the thrill of helping people find a house that becomes their home. As your realtor, I will be with you every step of the way, from the initial contact getting to know you to successfully closing on your new home or sale of home.

I highly value communication and personally answer every call, return every email and respond to every text. Establishing relationships with clients feels most authentic to who I am and how I like to work and has resulted in repeat clients, from helping first time home buyers and continuing throughout the different seasons of their home buying and selling journey.

Allison helped us purchase our home as we were moving from out of state. She was informative on the local neighborhoods and listened to our needs. She made time for us and showed us the same home multiple times and then looked at other homes herself while we were out of state. Once we found the right home, she made the process seemlesss by meeting the home inspector and meeting other contractors as we went through escrow. Allison took care of all arrangements and we actually closed while we were out of state. She then also helped us find some local help with some custom work we wanted to complete. I had tried selling my 1910 historic home with another company a few years earlier. They only wanted to look a comps and ignored all the great and unique things about my home. It sat with them for about four months with few showings. A few years later with Allison it was completely different! She got know the house, made a few suggestions, took great pics, then the listing went out to list of people who follow her company, and we had 10 full price or better offers 3 days.
